Well, he isn't 5 quite yet, but we really wanted him to have a birthday party before we had to move. It was great to have all of his friends there, well most of them. A few have already moved. We had it the YMCA where I work, and it was a play/swim party. We got the entire Prime Time Center to ourselves, which is a play room with games, books, toys, and most importantly a playground with slides and tubes. The kids played there for a while, then we headed down to the pool for about an hour. We headed back up to the Prime Time Center for cake and ice cream, and more play time. I think the kids really had a good time. Noah got a lot of fun toys, but most of them were outside toys, like planes and such. So we have taken one toy a day out of the package and gone outside. His favorite gift by far is his pogo stick. We actually bought him one about a month ago, with his birthday in mind, and shortly after that he started asking for one for his birthday. Of course, he is still getting the hang of it, but he is pretty good. We counted his jumps the other day and he got up to 15. The pogo has a wide base on the bottom, to help his balance, and when he is ready we can take it off. Everyday he wakes up and says "it's a pogo stick day!"
