Day 272, October 1
I received a package in the mail today from my brother-in-law and best friend, Chris
This package contained my award winning photos and accompanying ribbons, a flash drive full of pictures that I left in Utah, some rockin' gloves my sister-in-law made me......
And Chlamydia.

That's right.  You read it correctly.
Chlamydia.

Day 273, October 2
This weekend (both Saturday AND Sunday) my kids all woke up earlier than they do on school days.
So this was the scene at 6:05 a.m.

Day 274, October 3
I LOVE to have my hair played with.  It calms my headaches, relaxes me, and just makes me happy all around.
My kids have developed the same love, and thankfully, they all love to be the one to play with their siblings hair, as well.

Day 275, October 4
This is Baby David.  You met him a few weeks ago.
He has changed a lot since then, but his newest development is his smile.
And when he smiles, you realize how big those cheeks really are, and that makes me all squishy and gooey inside....

Day 276, October 5
It's FINALLY fall.

Day 277, October 6
This is what my children look like after an evening at Burger King.
Do you all understand why I am losing  my mind?

Day 278, October 7
My son Noah has some major-crazy flexibility.
Yes those are his legs by his face.

But he also has the bluest eyes on the planet.
Noah's eyes happen to be my very favorite feature on this boy.... next to his laugh.

Baby Hoyt

Meet Baby Hoyt.
He is two months old, and ooohhhh soooo cute.
He was a lot of fun to photograph, once I realized he didn't like being propped up.  Instead he wanted to see the world from the floor.

The Peterson Family

This is one of my favorite families on the planet.  The mother of this family happens to be one of my closest friends, Mandie.  Her children were mine for a few years, and mine were hers, while our husbands were in dental school together.  Their third child was born a few days after I got to Utah, so we took a few family pictures before I had to leave.

Mandie and John celebrated 9 years together this summer.

Miss Sydney

Mr. Connor

And Little Miss Jordan

We had to document the shoes...

There was lots of baby love today...

Day 265, September 24
I risked my life by taking this picture.

Ok, not really.
This flower is in my German neighbors yard, and he is very particular about who is near his yard.  So I put on my zoom-zoom lens and got as far away as I could.  I also made sure only his wife was home...

Day 266, September 25
I had a family photo shoot scheduled for today, but we got uber-rained out.
So I made my kids stand in the rain instead.
They were troopers... probably because I promised them Burger King if they cooperated.

Day 267, September 26
The Beck Family.
Lydia, the mother to these 6 kids, is one of the funniest women I know.  Her husband was home for 2 weeks, on his R&R (rest and relaxation during deployment) just in time to see his 6th child born, and to bless her in Church.  We took a few family shots after the blessing.

 Day 268, September 27
We're bringing the 80's back at our house.....
.... Oh, please.  Gag me with a spoon!

Day 269, September 28
Meet my yoga mat.
This mat and I have become friends again this week.
I have been a pilates instructor for about 6 years now, but haven't taught for the last year, because the places I teach haven't needed me for that.  So this week, I started doing it at home again, after my posture was starting to resemble that of a hunchback.

 Day 270, September 29
I seriously was not feeling the photo-love today.
So you get pumpkins.
In a very un-interesting picture.

Day 271, September 30
Meet Baby Hoyt.
He is 2 months old today, and has the biggest eyes I have seen on a baby.
I took lots of pictures of him, and it took me a while to figure out that he wanted nothing to do with being propped up.  He wanted to see my living room from the floor.
Once we made that discovery, he and I were best buds, and there were lots of smiles and cooing that followed.
Oh, and he was pretty happy, too.
